Policies and Guidelines
With the recent increase in COVID variants in our area, people are understandably concerned about safety protocols. Here on the Playhouse campus, we remain masked while bodies are in motion. While masks are optional when seated for performances, we strongly encourage you to be cognizant and considerate of fellow patrons seated around you. If masked, they may be immunocompromised, live with family who are, or have unvaccinated children. Our commitment to this community is what has allowed us to create live theatre experiences this year, and we want everyone to remain healthy so that can continue.
Our Main Stage productions often contain mature content, language, and themes that may not be suitable for all children. We leave it up to parents and families to determine what is appropriate for their young ones.
Full paid admission is required for ages 4 and above. Children under the age of 3 are free, so long as they remain on the lap of a parent or guardian.
Ogunquit Playhouse wants every patron who attends our performances to enjoy themselves. Any patron disrupting and hindering that enjoyment will be removed from the venue at the discretion of House Management.
Running Times
Performance run times vary from show to show and will be published on individual show pages when available.
Photos & Recordings
Photos may be taken prior to and following a show, but are strictly prohibited during the performance itself. House Management will intervene when patrons violate this policy.
Seating & Late Arrivals
The House opens 30 minutes prior to every performance. Late arriving patrons will be seated at the discretion of House Management.
Accessibility
Wheelchairs & Walkers
Wheelchair seating is available in specific locations throughout The Leary Pavilion. If a patron requires use of a wheelchair or seated walker on the day of performance and is not already seated in an accessible area, we ask you call the Box Office (207.646.5511) 24 hours in advance so House Management can prepare for that change.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available prior to the performance at no additional charge. These help reduce ambient noise in the Pavilion.
